Full job description
Join us as a Backend Intern to design and implement a secure, scalable backend using Supabase or Appwrite. You’ll own the data layer including schema design, Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, database triggers, and API integrations ensuring performance and safety from day one. Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent), authentication flows, and serverless functions is required. Strong knowledge in any one backend programming languages (Java, Node.js., Python, etc) . Prior exposure to real-time data or edge functions is a plus.
For the initial month, the position will be remote and unpaid. If performance meets our expectations, we will begin offering a salary starting 8k per month during the internship. Please be aware that we are seeking candidates for a longer internship duration, which may lead to a full-time job depending on the candidate’s commitment and performance.
