Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive growth for Equal Stories Marketing Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong agency exposure, hands-on experience in client acquisition, pitching marketing solutions, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

  • This role is for someone who understands how agencies sell strategy, creativity, and performance, not just services.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with Equal Stories’ vision and capabilities
  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle: lead qualification, discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Understand client business problems and translate them into clear marketing solutions across strategy, performance, branding, and content
  • Lead and participate in pitch discussions, proposal creation, and presentations
  • Work closely with Directors and internal teams to ensure right-fit clients, not just quick wins
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, founders, and decision-makers
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor agencies, and evolving client needs
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the servicing team with proper context and expectations
  • Advertising sales: 2 years (Preferred)
