Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, generating detailed drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company guidelines.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Assist in generating BOQs, material take-offs, and technical reports as required.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends and software advancements.
Educational Qualifications & other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in construction, signage, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have their own laptop.
