Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support, video, phone, and chat)
- Assisting customers with their tax returns.
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and job aids to research and provide guidance on complex tax questions and preparing tax returns.
- Create an excellent customer experience using your tax experience and research capabilities.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for documenting notes and interactions with customers.
- Training will be provided
- Roles Requires candidate to be on Camera with NO EXCEPTION
- This role will also require Typing and Chat support on an as needed basis
- Role will be held to meet multiple KPI standards on a weekly basis. You will be expected to maintain KPI standards to remain is good standing on your assignment
- Average hours vary each week and can be from 2 to 25 hours during the Season an 30+ during April Peak Demand.
- Hours are not guaranteed as they are demand generated and based on the Assessment Level you pass.
- Overtime is currently not approved (daily or weekly). Overtime may be approved if there is an unexpected increase in demand
Requirements
- Complete and pass a Full Service Glider Assessment (details below)
- Active PTIN.
- 2+ years and at least 60 individual returns.
- Experience with tax preparation software.
- Technical Proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple application and systems.
- Including but not limited to tax software, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- No Wi-Fi connection, Satellite or Wi-Fi Box connection permitted
